Payment and Cancellation Policies

  • By booking online, you are committing to the selected appointment time.
  • We regret that due to expenses we incur for every appointment we commit to, missed appointments, rescheduled bookings, or cancelled sessions are chargeable in full. 
  • Please contact your psychologist as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the appointment you have booked
  • In exceptional circumstances, we will always try to offer you an alternative session or waive the fee where possible.
